I have always been fascinated by how we metabolize the moments in our lives: the food we choose, the recurring thoughts that propel us forward or hold us back and the places and people we surround ourselves with that create our outer world.

For over a decade I have followed a core belief down to its root— our body is always looking to heal itself but when under stress it loses the ability to elevate itself. It is our innate birthright to live in harmony with the downward stream of life and the rhythmic changes of the moon, sun and seasonal shifts.

This is the wisdom I share as an Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher. I support others in restoring their own body’s wisdom, a wisdom that makes them feel connected, elevated, prosperous, and aligned.
You will not find a quick fix diet or leave a session with a overflow of medicinal herbs or supplements. Although these will be available at the appropriate time, the work we do together is focused on how best to navigate your own mind and body in a balanced way that is in accordance to your life, not someone else’s.

Quick fixes and dramatic results do not inspire me. It is a slow and compelling recovery and growth achieved through the roadmap of an ancient science and wisdom will be offered to you.. Ayurveda and yoga provide such roadmaps and I am grateful to be the guide of these modalities. May you rediscover your own body’s wisdom.
— Manya Williams, Ayurvedic Counselor & Body Therapist

"Working with Manya has been a revelation. After all the years of fighting against food intolerances, fatigue, and poor digestion, I feel liberated from having to constantly tell myself 'NO.' Instead, I'm learning to say YES to my body by listening to its innate wisdom. With Manya's wise guidance, I am finally nurturing myself back into balance. It's been incredibly empowering."  - Jennifer Houston, Red Balloon Project

Manya Williams teaches women the science of self-care so that they feel the most authentic and balanced in their own bodies. This holistic approach to individualized wellness is rooted in the ancient wisdom of ayurveda: a complete medical science and way of life which explains that our health elevates when we live in accordance with the rhythm of nature. Manya is an registered Ayurvedic Wellness Coach and Ayurvedic Body Therapist. Manya trained and worked under some of the top chefs and wellness gurus in New York City including Annemarie Colbin, Founder of The Natural Gourmet Institute and Peeka Trenkle, Master Herbalist.

She quickly discovered there was a gap in the NY market for creative, nourishing and approachable cold pressed juice options and plant inspired food. In 2010, she founded JuiceWell, a company with the mission to "help people feel better and think higher by detoxifying the body and nourishing the cells with organic pressed juice remedies and plant based + gluten free food".  Today her focus lies in the deeper modalities of Ayurvedic Body Therapies.
