It's also a time to get easily carried away in festivities if you don't have a solid plan before hand. This holiday plan to not to get too carried away but still have the time of your life with the Marvelous Mocktails that will be welcoming to all your guests.
Virgin Raspberry Bellini
Add Washed green and red seedless grapes to a blender, puree and pass through a sieve. Reserve 6 oz fresh grape juice. Follow procedure with raspberries to obtain 2 oz raspberry puree, which should be poured into a tall glass. Top puree with the 6oz grape juice, 1 to oz 2 oz soda water and a few frozen grapes (inlieu of ice cubes) for a flavorful chill.

In a blender, combine 1 chopped seedless cucumber, 2 cups water, 2/3 cup raw honey, 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger and 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice with 3 cups brewed, cooled green tea. PUree until smooth and pass through a fine mesh strainer. Pour liquid into a tumbler with ince and garnish with a cucumber stick.
Benefits: Green tea, rich in catechin polyphenols, helps you digest fat, while its caffeine may help boost your metabolism.
